Welcome in! Let’s talk… about me.

I’m Anjali (un-juh-lee).

Currently, I am Fashion Merchandising major at VCU. For the longest time, I wanted to be a pediatrician, but then I watched one episode of the Carrie Diaries and an idea was planted in my head that I wanted to pursue fashion. I also I am scared of blood and needles, so something medical probably wouldn’t have worked out. Even before being inspired by a girl fashionably running around New York, fashion became this suit of armour for me at a young age. When I wasn’t feeling good about myself, I realized how dressing up and putting together an outfit could totally change my mind and boost my confidence. In trying to cover my insecurities, I uncovered a passion of mine.

“Make it work, designers”.
